Dr. Brenda Manuel

For over forty years, Dr. Brenda Manuel was involved in education at many levels. She started at L.A. Unified as a student and graduated from Washington High School.

My Biography

MLK Legacy Foundation

Realizing The Dream-a national volunteer movement to celebrate the 100th Birthday of MLK Jr. In 2029 The Legacy Foundation and the King family would like to collect 100 million hours of service equating to $2.9 million dollars. Goal is to work to unify America through service which will help to improve communities. The Legacy Foundation and the King Family want to collaborate with partners from coast to coast including school districts, corporate partners and others to achieve this goal. There will be an online registration and hours will be collected as well as awards and celebrations will be planned to recognize volunteer efforts.
